We’re already paying for one or more of the services contained in your packages. Can we tailor a package so we avoid paying for the same thing twice?

Of course. We are here to conquer your IT challenges and can either take charge of any existing services to simplify your IT management or we can tailor our package to meet your individual needs.

Do I need any IT people myself for the One Solution platform?

No, A&O IT will manage everything for you, allowing you to focus on your core business.

Am I limited to what software I can use?

No, any configuration of software is possible with One Solution.

If I had a cyber-attack on my business, would my systems and data be protected?

Yes, providing the One Solution online or offline data backups have not been corrupted, it will be possible to reinstate the systems and data so you can continue trading.
