Kick start your career with an A&O IT Group Apprenticeship

Our 12-18 month apprenticeship programmes are based in our Bracknell Head Office. Successful applicants will finish the programme with a Level 3 qualification in their field, as well as a fantastic understanding of business and a platform for starting their career.

You will learn from experienced industry experts and benefit from hands-on guidance from your colleagues. A&O IT Group encourages you to grow and give you the opportunity to excel.

We launched our Emerging Talent programme in 2018, with our first intake of graduates. We have since expanded to include our Apprenticeship Scheme.
