First of all, our priorities are the welfare of my amazing team, and also the quality of service delivered to our customers and partners. I am encouraged by the way our teams globally have stepped up to the challenge, in such difficult circumstances, and are working hard to ensure we deliver our continued high standard of service and support to customers.

We have actioned our Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and as a precautionary measure, our people are now working from home for the next two weeks. We are fortunate that our business and technology infrastructure allows us to remain nimble, flexible and unwavering in our service commitments during such unprecedented times.

At this time, I ask all of my team, our customers, partners and suppliers to remain vigilant of your own health and safety, follow Government advice, and keep your families safe.
