NEW A&O IT Group Apprenticeship Scheme 2021

A&O IT Group are very excited to announce the launch of our brand-new apprenticeship scheme for 2021 and beyond! We are looking for the best and brightest talent to join our business, marking the next generation of A&O IT Group.

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to take on the challenge of a Business Administration apprenticeship offering key support to some of the most exciting areas of our business. There are opportunities available in HR, Marketing, Sales, Cyber Security and Service Delivery. So, if you are looking to hone your customer services skills; unlock a career in cyber security; or pursue a passion for people then we might just have the role for you.

The 12-18 month programme will be based at our Bracknell Head Office and will be supported by Activate Apprenticeships. Successful applicants will finish the programme with a level 3 qualification in Business Administration and a fantastic platform for starting a career at A&O IT Group or in the Technology and Cyber Security industries. All our apprentices will have the full support of their team and the wider business, with the chance to learn from experienced industry experts and benefit from hands on guidance from their peers and colleagues.

For A&O IT Group, our new apprentice scheme is a fantastic opportunity to nurture young talent in the local community. We have paired up with Activate Apprenticeships who are based at Bracknell and Wokingham College to make use of their connections to local schools and colleges. It also gives us the chance to develop skills and talent for the future of our business and mould the next generation of the A&O IT Group team.
