What is ITIL?
ITIL stands for Information Technology Infrastructure Library and is a framework of best practices for the efficient delivery of IT services in a modern organisation.
What is the role of our Service Delivery Team?
In a nutshell we are responsible for ensuring all services are seamlessly delivered to our clients. This includes understanding their framework and practices, the specific requirements from site to site, the various different technologies that a wide variety of industries utilise and a constant forward-looking approach of continued improvement.
Why was becoming ITIL certified important to us?
The ITIL certification provides many benefits, from improved service quality to increased effectiveness, cost optimisation and overall higher customer satisfaction.
We want to ensure that the support we provide is as complete, and as efficient and effective as it can possibly be. The ITIL 4 Foundation provides an industry recognised standard of best practise in the IT service world and arming our team with this knowledge and experience ensures they will continue to deliver at the highest level.
