Why is cyber security awareness training important?

People are often both an organisation’s most valuable and most vulnerable assets, but it is not always obvious to employers that a greater level of protection may be required for their people.

Training will not only help employees understand the potential risk of a cyber-attack and how it may impact their organisation but will also better equip them to identify and prevent such an attack protecting both themselves and the business.  They will gain an understanding of the importance and sensitivity of your organisation's data helping meet certain compliance objectives.

What are the consequences of inadequate cyber security awareness training?

Cyber security breaches can have devastating consequences for businesses and individuals alike. Without adequate awareness training, employees are more likely to fall victim to phishing scams and other cyber attacks.

This can lead to sensitive data being leaked, financial losses, and reputational damage. In order to protect your business or organisation, it is essential to provide employees with comprehensive cyber security awareness training.
